The brand was created with a vision to merge South Asian heritage with Canadian culture, crafting unique, handcrafted jewelry that tells a story and promotes diversity and representation. Early on, Sunbalm Jewelry specialized in original Dori thread necklaces that fused traditional Indian and Pakistani silk cording with gemstones and pearls, symbolizing a cultural fusion.
Over time, Sunbalm Jewelry adapted by shifting to minimal, dainty jewelry pieces that are waterproof, hypoallergenic, and tarnish-resistant, catering to the lifestyle for all people.
