Thank you for shopping with SUNBALM Jewelry. We carefully prepare and package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Within Canada
Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather, and peak holiday periods.
We offer free standard shipping within Canada on orders over $85 CAD, before taxes and after discounts.
Shipping rates for orders under $85 CAD are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
SUNBALM Jewelry ships worldwide. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times, and rates will be displayed at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges required by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, your tracking number will be included in your shipping-confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sunbalmjewelry.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@sunbalmjewelry.com, and we will do our best to help.
SUNBALM Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
